Phase 0 – Getting Started
Terms and conditions of the following phases are explained and timelines and milestones are stablished.

Phase 1 – Discovery
Existing documentation is gathered and process mapping is performed to establish the Quality Management System.

Phase 2 – Documentation Preparation
Procedures, manuals, forms, training and other data specific to the company via Phase 1 are generated.

Phase 3 – Implementation and Training
Quality Management System training and Process Owner training.

Phase 4 – Internal Audit & Management Review
Performance of first Management Review and Internal Audit.

Phase 5 – Certification Audit
Prepare audit package and onsite support during the 3rd party registrar audit.
